She will work with each buyer personally based on their wants and needs whether they want very light staging and have a short time frame (which costs absolutely nothing) and she also offers full service design services. At your listing appointment, Amanda can walk through your home and give design suggestions for staging the home with client’s furniture, furniture removal, de-cluttering, de-personalizing and organizing. If needed, consultation for paint color choices, fixture updates, floor cleaning/replacement and handyman repairs can be added to her included listing package.
